Arena offers various long-term career courses in animation and multimedia,
as also a one-year professional course in web designing. For those professionals
already working in the industry or for students looking to enhance specific
skill-sets, Arena offers 32 short-term courses that comprise intensive
training in one or more animation tools or software.
Career Courses
Arena Animation Academy Specialist Programme (AAASP)

Arena’s flagship AAASP course
is a 31-month, five-semester, 3D animation career-oriented programme.
Classes are typically held 3 times a week for about 90 minutes per
session. Only those who have completed Class 12 are eligible to apply.

Each student has to make a portfolio every semester based on what he/
she has learnt that semester. This portfolio is a requirement for successful
completion of AAASP and also comes in handy at the time of placements.

software.

Arena Multimedia Specialist Programme (AMSP)

Arena’s AMSP is a 32-month career
course spread over five semesters. Only those who have completed class
12 are eligible to apply. AMSP is a versatile course covering the
basics of multimedia and animation, as also web designing and gaming.
Evolved concepts like art direction, scripting, art of animation as
well as a good amount of real project experience are also included.
In AMSP, there is a good balance between creative courses and teaching
the latest software. This creates a harmony between technology and

Professional Courses:
Arena’s Professional Certifcate in Web Designing (PCWD) is a one-year
programme segmented into two semesters – namely, web graphics and
web designing.
The course deals with the basics as well as advanced concepts of working
in Internet-based careers. Starting with the fundamentals of computers,
multimedia and the Internet, PCWD goes on to cover everything from basic
art to the creation of illustrations, media publishing, designing content
for web pages, developing interactive web pages, creation of Flash animation,
et al.
Among others, the programme covers softwares such as Windows XP, Adobe
Illustrator, Photoshop, Coreldraw, HTML, Flash, Java and Dreamweaver.
All of these are essential for creating new-age websites and web pages.
All in all, the programme trains students to create effective web graphics,
images and illustrations so as to design and create new-age websites and
other content for the Internet. Flash animations for the Net are also
an integral part of the course.

Short-term Courses
Arena offers short-term courses to both, professionals and students
in one or more animation tools or softwares.
Learn how to illustrate or to publish, work in 2D animation or games development,
pick up the basics as well as advanced concepts of 3D animation through
Maya, or get trained in other applications such as digital architecture
and interior designing through the use of AutoCAD and 3D Max.
Each short-term course covers one or more animation/ multimedia tools
and course durations range from 16 hours to 160 hours, depending on what
you choose to learn.

Coreldraw, Adobe Premier, Dreamweaver, ToonBoom Studio, Maya, AutoCAD,
